Enabling Passwordless login

When users are unable to complete the registration process due to 2FA issues we are now able to support passwordless login.

Step 1 - Login to Control Portal

Step 2 - Navigate to users

Step 3 - Delete the existing user (if the user exists)

Step 4 - Click Create New user

Step 5 - Select a user role and add their details

Step 6 -Select Enable Passwordless login

ℹ️ Important! Passwordless login is only available via the following URL: control.littlepay.com/login

During the onboarding process, users will receive an initial confirmation email. Once their account is created, each time they log in they will only be required to enter their email address. The system will auto-generate a 12-digit code they will need to enter during the sign in process.
